ice pops... needed to cool down after a hot 4th of july
(is it bad that i give the baby the green ones since i don't like them and he can't pick yet?)

4th of july parade (a day early..) (where my kids, especially my son, consumed massive amounts of candy)
then to grandpa and grandmas for lunch where j had his first watermelon
sat on the lawnmower (baby j)
looked in the barn
tried to take a family picture
then home for naps
hubs left for work
and i took the kids to a 4th of july cook out/baby shower at the hubs' parents house.
fun day!

H and the hubs went fishing with his dad all day, from sun up, not getting home till bedtime. After they caught some fish, they headed back to my in-laws to filet the fish. They had a great day!

The hubs took the kids downtown to see the summer street performers while I helped clean a cottage. While down there, they stopped in to the book store to see the pet chinchilla!

Back to the same park with my sis-in-law, bro-in-law, and niece for pizza and playing.

Bike ride around town and then to a local park... made even better since Daddy could come with us since he didn't work this day till 3p.
